    Managed different projects simultaneously. Managed operational unit with a 6 Million euro turnover, developed business, responsible for the turnover, improving the profit margins, allocated and managed resources to reach projects goals.
    Supervised many project managers, in charge of 50 people, delegated tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, litigation and risk management, identified and resolved issues and conflicts within the project team. Off-shore development of the back office projects in India.
