    2009 - maintenant • Coordinate the whole recruiting process for all ILL technical, administrative and scientific staff: drafting of job descriptions and personal skills required, distribution of vacancies, targeting of candidates, pre selection and interviewing of candidates, participation in the evaluation meeting, follow-up of recruitment and offers).
