• Coordinate the whole recruiting process for all ILL technical, administrative and scientific staff: drafting of job descriptions and personal skills required, distribution of vacancies, targeting of candidates, pre selection and interviewing of candidates, participation in the evaluation meeting, follow-up of recruitment and offers).
• Develop and maintain network and outreach with recruitment partners (research institutes, training and employment centers, schools and Universities…).
• Ensure Human Resources/Recruitment communication.
• Draw up statistics, reports and propose required developments/changes.
• Manage and follow-up recruitment budget.
• Organize welcome of new recruits.
• Follow-up integration and provide advice to supervisors and new recruits
• Identify personnel issues and possibilities of mobility within the institute.
• Manage the Recruitment Group a recruiting (4 people + trainees).
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR projects (e.g. employment definitions, senior agreement, “GPEC, etc...)
• Provide trainings on recruiting techniques- organize training for supervisors for the EIROFORUM institutes.
• Provide advice and mediation in HR matters
