Set up of model of colonic inflammation in C57Bl/6 mice:
• Work on Pubmed bibliography before starting the project
• Involvement in animal experimentation: preparation of solution with right concentration to induce ileum inflammation in mice, injection of the solution in mice, mice dissection for ileum collection
• Ileum examination under microscope to count and measure inflammation lesions in ileum
• RT-PCR to quantify proinflammatory cytokines TNF and KC in RNAm of the ileum
• Histology: May-Grünwald Giemsa coloration and observation under microscope of ileum to visualize inflammation
