Paris2007 - 2008· Tracked and analyzed performances of both brand ranges in their competitive environment using quantitative reports and qualitative market research and consumer intelligence.
· Defined brands strategy and communication platform (messaging levels and positioning) in collaboration with advertising agency (EURO RSCG): developed a new TV ad that resulted in sales going up by 25%
· Monitored a budget of over 2 billion € to improve marketing mix: price positioning and ROI, product formula, packaging design (new bottle design and new logo), advertising, PR, sponsorships, sales promoter material and promotion plans: a new brand positioning and marketing mix that resulted in a 14% increase in annual volume sales.
· Measured and evaluated the effectiveness (impact on sales, brand awareness and image) of implemented strategies for further recommendations.
· Collaborated with media agency (CARAT/MPG) on strategic media planning and then analyzed media results for further recommendations on media investments and copy development and optimization.
· Led development of 3 new products and coordinated cross-functional project team (R&D, supply chain, trade, legal and accounting departments) to ensure the successful launch of a new product.
· Managed, trained and evaluated 8 interns.
