• Optimized and managed a USD 12M A and P budget, coordinating 2 star launches and implementing 20 events while encouraging costs savings and securing priority setting

Business coordination: integrate new product segments into development, distribution and
communication processes, provide the markets with on time and accurate launch management files
Improvement administration: monitor products availability with Supply Chain, challenge components
quality and costs with Development, draw quantitative and qualitative recommendations for increased
product and process efficiency
Achievements:
Launch and development of the first Swarovski men’s offer: from € 3M (2010) to € 20M (2012 budget)
Optimisation of the Atelier Swarovski business: +83% sales growth (2011 vs. 2010)
Launch integration of a movie collection: movie release in 68 countries, coordination
