    COURTABOEUF 2006 - 2008 - My role was to work very closely to business Mgt (weekly meeting, monthly staff, metrics, …), making them very confident in our Support services. I actively participated in the Employee Reimbursement implementation project, consolidating the whole Support structure. I actively participated in putting in place a larger support model on Employee Financial Services level, including Dev teams and Problem Mgt area. At the beginning, I was covering only EMEA, but then extend to AMS and APJ. During this time, I travelled a lot in Singapore, India, Mexico, Houston, Atlanta, Poland, … meeting with Biz/Support people/Mgr in order to ensure the support level we were providing was the expected one and/or meeting with Dev for ensuring the Supportability of what Dev was doing.

    - Team Lead of the Time&Labor development and maintenance team (~ 4 contractors, 2 HPs). I was managing contract with Contractors Company, evaluating their results, negotiating price and services. I was as well responsible of the project to evaluate a better solution for replacing current systems, benchmarking between internal solutions and what other Companies were using.

    - Process expert in the development and the implementation of a new application managing internal billing at a WW level (eQuate).
    - Responsible of a team (from 3 to 6 people) in charge of the WW support and maintenance for internal billing systems
    - WW IT Owner of the internal billings systems (MiscIC)
    - IT Project manager of the internal billing WW Consolidation and Standardization. We consolidated all the 3 regions systems into 1 single application that was supported and maintained with a central small team of 3 contractors and 2 HPs. This was a huge saving for HP (both IT and Business).

  • Hewlett Packard - SAP AP implementation Dev Team Lead

    COURTABOEUF 1997 - 1999 - Responsible of the team (5 people) in charge to build the interfaces between SAP finance and product/invoice/order systems (5 contractors). This was the very first SAP implementation for Finance in HP and France was the Pilot for Account Payables.

    - Responsible of the internal billing applications. In this area, management of several projects (from 20 to 100 days) providing applications and solutions for facilitating and improving internal billing processes.
