I am a Mechanical Engineer, with a degree from ECAM Lyon. I'm interested in innovations and projects with an international scale.
I started my professional career in Renault Trucks/Volvo Group in September 2009 as an apprentice. Training as a member of the supplier quality insurance European office within the purchasing department, my main responsibility was to contribute several quality projects concerned with parts industrialisation or serial production issues. I have been involved in many projects to improve Volvo’s quality procedures. This helped to develop my strong analytical mind as well as providing a solid foundation for my knowledge of effective problem solving methods. This experience also allowed me to develop my project management skills within a team, giving me the opportunity to work abroad, especially in India where I trained a local team on European quality processes.
Now I'm working in Faurecia as Project Plant Team Leader in Czech Republic, I develop, validate, launch and set up new production lines. I enjoy all project management aspects. Working in automotive industry is very chalenging, always on the pressure to deliver the product at the right time, right quality and right cost focusing on customer satisfaction.
