Since the end of 2008 I have been heading the European structuring activities for Natixis work-out portfolio department (GAPC - 50 Bn€ legacy books today down to 21 Bn€) and took the global structuring responsibility since early 2010. As a group, we have taken care of rapid RWA reduction, volatility mitigation and created innovative décision support tools.
Prior to that, I have been specializing during 7 years in building innovative structures based on hedge funds, ABS, equity and credit derivatives.
