  • Treves Groupe - Indirect purchasing manager

    2016 - maintenant > Managed three buyers in France (and one intern) and one junior buyer in Mexico.
    > Planned to reach 700k€ savings and cost avoidances on a 2016 budget of 21M€ (France).
    > Analyzed the global situation in France, while working with IT and finance departments to implement on SAP monthly turnover reports.
    > Worked with legal department for purchasing compliance with French law.
    > Identified strategic purposes and built a strategy for each one. Implemented a productivity report specific to indirect purchases, including KPI definitions.
    > Developed a portal on Google Site to improve data sharing. Implemented contract termination alerts. Wrote and shared indirect purchasing procedures.
  • Groupe Treves - Group purchasing data manager

    2014 - maintenant > Developed and managed a purchasing back office team of 2 clerks in France and 1 in Mexico. Centralized purchasing prices and supplier’s data in ERP’s for 21 plants of the group (in 15 countries). Placed 9 plants under control. Created procedures and forms (ISO TS request).
    > Managed one SAP expert for purchasing IT projects. Involved in SAP implementation in three plants. Led building of interfaces between ERP’s and purchasing system in 5 plants. Built and led implementation of a validation workflow tool for price variations.
    > Improved internal communication by developing and maintaining purchasing portal on a Google site.
    > Rebuilt, implemented and maintained an enhanced model to analyze market variances of strategic raw materials and improve price forecasting. Presented to sales and finance directors for squeeze process and presented to purchasing regional directors during monthly committees.

    Puteaux 2012 - 2014 > Managed one junior purchasing controller and monitored reporting activities and SAP projects.
    > Built, implemented and maintained a model to analyze market variances of strategic raw materials including mapping of industrial processes to identify cost drivers and forecast prices. Sent to finance and purchasing departments.
    > Ensured supply of PVC and plasticizers to Tarkett’s plants while providing suppliers with a monthly break down of budgeted volume and three months rolling forecast. Negotiated in cases of shortage.

    Puteaux 2011 - 2012 > Developed and implemented an Excel matrix to follow up purchasing prices, quantities and turnover as well as allow quick analysis (using pivot tables).
    > Developed, implemented and trained buyers to prepare group purchasing contribution reports.
