    700 ressources in a ww matrix organization, 100M€ of production outputs (3 plants WW) and 650M€ of external costs.

    2008 - 2010 Management of French ASTS Industrial Center dedicated to railway signalling system integration (High Mix/Low volume) including manufacturing, integration, industrialization and logistic for projects (150 people. 45M€).

  • CSEE TRANSPORT - Directeur des achats / Purchasing Director

    2003 - 2007 Management of ASTS Western Europe purchasing department based on 2 sites (13 buyers + assistants) and dealing with around 55 M€ annual purchasing volume , plus development of supplier quality department
    Main purchase were SW development, verification and validation, installation in one hand and electromechanical / electronic including sub-contracting in another hand.
