  Mission : Make reliable, publish and explain monthly and quarterly results. Establish short and middle-term forecasts. Encadrement de 5 personnes
  Develop the annual budget and financing needs.
  Manage Cash, establish factoring and new banking relationship.
  Compensate for absence of chief accountant with headquarter help.

  Responsible for the consolidation of 2 sites (1 legal entity) and for the shared-service centre for accounting (consolidated TO = 120 M EUR )
  Area = Subcontractor for automotive industry (Renault, Peugeot), steel parts for body in white structure

  Mission : Publish and explain operational and financials results (P&L, Balance Sheet), in social and consolidated Gaap,
  Establish the 5-year plan and rolling forecast on 18 months,
  Selective studies on large subjects,
  Build Request for Investment (return on invest rate),
  Control Costs per order, product, product line, customers, trade margins and establish normative commercial offers,
  Ensuring compliance with internal and Group procedures (US Gaap, Sarbanes-Oxley).
