  2010 - 2011 Director of this civil engineering contractor company, specialized in construction and maintenance services
  for campuses, compounds, high standing residential and office buildings (embassies, chancelleries, schools,
  villas), responsible for the project management and the technical and support infrastructure.

• Chantier Naval Voilier Services - Director

  2006 - 2009 Responsible for maintenance, commissioning and provisioning of sailboats up to 25 t and 17 m. Reengineered the work planning processes, the accounting practice, the invoicing cycle, the financial reporting,
  re-built warehouse and offices from scratch, added international span to the customer base and in-sourced
  key functions, increasing the turnover by 18% year over year and the margin from 11% to 15%.

• NEPh - Operations & Finance Director Manufacturing

  2002 - 2007 Operations & Finance Director
  Manufacturing and commercial company producing and selling mixtures based on bacteria and enzymes for

  the environment. Directed the establishment from scratch of its 2200 m production unit and 400 m of 2
  
  offices on one site, managing the civil works, the technical installations, the supply chain, the information and
  telecommunication infrastructure and the operations, accounting and reporting processes.

• DACLEM Solutions - Co-founder & Director

  2002 - 2006 Professional Services company specialized in providing IT and Telco companies entering the EMEA market
  with sales and marketing support, flawless on-time delivery and deployment of solutions, followed up by high
  quality post sales support and specialized educational services.

• Corvis Corporation - Director, Customer Programs

  2000 - 2002 Responsible for setting up the services sales & marketing EMEA operations, Bid support, Services portfolio
  and customer relationship management. Deployed two major underwater fiber optic transmission trunks for
  France Telecom and Telefonica.

• Lucent Technologies - Director of Support

  1997 - 2000 Responsible for all the centralized EMEA groups doing remote support for data communication products
  (approx 60 engineers), and for the major account support delivery. Leader of the introduction of the fee
  based service program, reaching a quarterly turnover of more than $4M in two years.

• Digital Equipment - Project Manager

  1995 - 1997 In charge of the deployment of $30M worth of equipment and services, the system integration and support
  logistics of a new generation customer care and billing system for Telkom South Africa, for a network
  management application for Telkom Diginet and for the implementation of a TMN system at TRANSTEL.

• IAE CERAM - Lecturing Professor

  1994 - 1995 Teaching in English Information Technology and Management Information Systems at the continuing
  education International MBA program, with a class of twelve people of several nationalities, coming from
  industry, consulting, public sector and education.

• Digital Equipment Corporation - Product and Group Manager

  1986 - 1995 Deployment of the Signaling System 7 product over distributed platforms, responsible for $6M of engineering
  activity, influencing a turnover of more than $20M worth of equipment, software and services.
  Software Engineering Group leader of thirty-five people (developers, project managers and consultants),
  developing customer and corporate projects and products in advanced electronic services, multivendor
  systems management and data center integration, network management, mobile and portable solutions, and
  a research project with IKEA, Cedrat and Degreane on the feasibility study of tag detection based on the
  magnetic resonance of amorphous metals.
  Responsible for a cost center with a $5.5M yearly budget, generating a turnover in the range of $15M worth
  of services and product licenses.
  Senior project leader and designer of the award winning Technical Information Management Architecture
  product (TIMA), the corporate backbone for electronic information distribution and access within the world
  wide Customer Services organization (approx 25000 users).
