  Au delà des missions d’animation de la chaîne décisionnelle (MPS, S&OP) :
  • Création d'un MRP composants et refonte du flux interne d’approvisionnement des composants en vue de la fusion de deux entreprises
  • Mise en place de l’autonomie d’approvisionnement des pierres (diamants)
  • Business Expert pour la partie planif & appro en vue de la mise en place de l’ERP groupe (SAP) en 01/16
  • Conduite du changement auprès des équipes de production et de logistique
  • Pilotage de l’élaboration des budgets avec le CODIR et les Unités de Production (MOD, CAPEX)

• Cartier - Chargé de planification (S&OP Manager)

  Paris 2013 - 2014 Animation du cycle de planification des produits finis à moyen terme et de la chaîne de décision associée :
  - en interface avec distribution et pôles de production (Italie/Suisse/France)
  - MPS pôles/opérations, arbitrages gamme/nouveautés, équilibrages de charge (moyen et long terme : 6-18 mois) entre les pôles de production
  
  Management en direct : 1 personne (junior embauché à la création de poste)
  Création de poste : définition des indicateurs, du cycle de planification, mise en place et animation des instances définies.

• Cartier - Planificateur de production

  Paris 2011 - 2013 - Jewels Manufacturing workshop monitoring (2 workshops from 5 to 100 employees)
  - Coordination of Manufacturing teams (on Planning, Supply, Logistics) on new product launch
  
  - Redesign of Firm Orders Process :
  a) Operational Monitoring of orders (order, supply)
  b) Redesign of process in order to reach service level objectives (100%)

  Production improvements in an ophthalmic lenses factory
  - Total Productive Maintenance on control and printing machines: improved the productivity of the machines and reduced the non-quality index of the control workshop (10 workers)
  - Definition and set up of work standards (do, check, react) in order to reduce clients complaints
