I am biochemist with more than 15 years of experience in applied research. My researches were mainly focussed on the use of enzymes to synthesize coloured compounds for food, cosmetic and textile applications. Each subject was dealt with the concern of developing sustainable processes (less energy consuming / less by-product) and taking into account the needs and constraints of industrial partners. I am now looking for a new challenge. I am eager to use my competencies and enthusiasm to serve a team in a private company.
