TECHNICAL SKILLS
Manipulation of viruses in BCL-3 environment (and BCL-2 environment) :
- Infection of cells with Rift valley fever virus (RVFV) / Bluetongue virus (BTV) / Scmallenberg virus (SBV) / hPIV3 / attenuated Sabin 3 poliovirus
- Production of RVFV / BTV / SBV recombinant viruses using a reverse genetics system

Molecular Biology:
