International Customer Service Manager with a global vision and understanding of the entire supply chain, including Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, Sales and Finance with a good knowledge and understanding of related processes
• 20 years’ experience in Customer Relationship Management (B2B) with a thorough expertise in related internal and external communication and operational processes
• Customer Operations management / portfolio Management (various portfolios up to 45 M$)
• Partner Account Management for end to end operational activities – represented EMEA activity within WW organization
• Business reporting: development, implementation and management of metrics, including financial and quality results and business forecasts
• Project management requiring a good understanding of cross functional processes and horizontal organizations
• Confirmed leadership capabilities (headed a team of 8), with experience in coaching, training, employee performance evaluation/management by objectives, salary management, department cost management
