    General Tasks

    • Evaluation of new LED technologies, participation in Technology / Supplier / Tool Selection for new developments
    • Define quality and reliability objectives and ensure the good application of project Quality tools
    • Assist Team Leader System development requirements for new projects include the LED technology

    Project Management

    • Respond to Customer Quality issues during project development
    • Manage technical communication with Customer
    • Responsibility for identifying & scheduling all hardware development tasks

    Specifications, development and test

    • Review of Customer Requirements and subsequent translation into internal Systems Requirements Specification
    • Generation of System and Hardware requirement specifications
    • Develop customer specific Design Validation test plans; liaise with R&D project team members to define test cases
    • Develop System Architecture Design based on the system requirements, working closely with each of the R&D teams to ensure all sub-system interfaces are defined.
    • Developing the electronic hardware, schematics, block diagrams and carry out circuit simulations (PSpice) to prove out concepts and designs, ensure schematic design and PCB layout optimized for EMC performance
    • Coordinate with the Mechanical, Software and Test engineer to ensure full implementation and traceability of requirements.


    Key achievements:

    • Successfully Develop a new tool for characterization of LED component
    • Successfully improve knowledge of the LED component
