After 15 years international experience in business development in the automotive industry worldwide (Europe, USA, Brazil and India), I reoriented my career path in 2008 to specialise in the management of healthcare establishments and the growth of B2B medical services in Africa, Middle East and Europe, conducting negotiations, at any level, in complex multicultural environments:
• in Niger & Congo, responsible for the operational, financial (P&L), commercial and HR activities of local subsidiaries, setting up city clinics and remote medical assistance solutions
• in West & Central Africa, coordinating health projects and tailored-made CSR programs, managing the interface with private investors, local authorities, NGOs & IOs
• in EMEA, supporting sales teams on emerging markets and creating partnerships with regional healthcare operators
• in France, currently working as “head of development” at COSEM Group, responsible for market studies and innovative medical centers expansion, incl. synergies between hospitals and local primary care networks.

Proficiency in 5 Languages: French (native speaker), German (bilingual), English & Spanish (fluent), Portuguese (basic working knowledge). I have lived in London, Barcelona and Pointe-Noire.

    Barcelona Spanish Head Office & main production plant (3 years):
    • Three years expatriation to lead a major Volkswagen project (VW EOS) from first concepts in Germany till serial production in Spain & Portugal
    • Supervised commercial multicultural team in Spain, Germany, France, GB, Slovakia, Brazil, Mexico, India and ensured the interface between design, technical, financial, quality, production & purchasing departments
