As purchasing manager of the group Geoservices SA, the leading company in Oil and Gas services for Exploration and Production, then director Supply Chain of JARF France group specialized in energy engineering I developed extended institutional and commercial liaisons with all major technology licensors and provide EPC consulting, design, engineering, procurement, construction, and project management services for capital projects ranging from small studies and site evaluations to technology assessments for integrated complexes that produce a full range of fuels, power and petrochemical feedstock.

The managerial experience accrued through the co-operation with several industries like defense, oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, automotive together with the tools and skills developed in the on-shore and off shore SCM allowed me to deal with every aspect of day to day business management, strategic and contingency planning, company restructuring, process reengineering, design and implementation of Decision Support Systems, crisis management and industrial relationships negotiations.

A fast learning attitude together with a good degree of emotional intelligence are at the basis of my own style of leadership, combining enthusiasm, motivation, innovation, team building, effectiveness.

    Assure the bench mark and the measurement of the objectives, report the quantitative, qualitative and financial KPI to the Directional Committee.
    Negotiate the key contract with the public and government companies.
    Manage the QAQC process, the procedures and audit of sub-contractors and suppliers.

    Reporting to VP Logistic manager define the purchasing strategy at group level, negotiate the critical contract, coordinate the key suppliers with the R&D objectives, and surveying the DIO and the stock inventory.
