Acid Gas Recovery Statition (Claus Process) Sulfur Recovery & Acid gas Incineration.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring Mechanical Completion and Pre-commissioning activities associated with the scope of work & Provide technical support to commissioning, operating procedures and troubleshooting
• Performing walk down and following the punch list clearance for Systems & taking responsibilities to carry commissioning activities such as chemical degreasing of amine unit, dry-out of refractory furnaces of SRU Reaction furnace, boil-out of waste heat boiler & effluent cooler, Process loop / piping flushing by applying different methods (water / air / chemical cleaning etc.) & dynamic tests of rotating equipments (blowers & pumps, compressor etc). Conducting N2 Leak testing of all Critical Systems Prior to Introduction of Hydrocarbons.
• Participating in joint inspection with client in order to satisfy the project standard, safety, performance & legislative requirement before ready for start up. Witnessing all operational test procedures together with all functional test requirements for various system / sub system for the dynamic commissioning of the unit.
Responsibilities:

Responsible to handle and supervising construction of Central Processing Facility (CPF). Coordination of piping works (prefabrication, erection, and certification), structural works and equipment (rotating and static) installation and different packages, General supervision and inspection of thermal Insulation and Painting activities ; Including project pre- commissioning with Project Head departments the punch list clearance.
Report to project top Management for significant technical problem and achievements.
Review and approval project progress data produced by contractors; project scheduling analysis and reporting.
Resolve critical Project issues and bottle neck activities through Project meeting and official tools of communications. Manage and Prepare ‘Method Statement’ for heavy equipments installation; And Ensure that (MS) and associated Risk Assessments (RA) for critical construction activities are prior to the work commencing.
As well, was directly ensure all construction activities are per required codes and specification in the project plans and supervise modifications in case plans are revised; and that work methods and final product quality are according to the rules of art in a professional, safe & environmentally friendly fashion at all times.
