  - Ensured technical convergence and Project deliveries at the required quality level: Lodgy, Dokker then Espace, Kadjar, Talisman, Mégane (common Renault-Nissan modular frame).
  - Identified Product-Process hard points and risks. Challenged action plan robustness.
  - Monitored performance indicators, provided right visibility through corresponding reports and meetings.
  - Ensured compliance with Renault Design rules.
  - Change management through V3P (new Product development process) and REVS application (new Renault Engineering Validation System).

  Boulogne-Billancourt 2005 - 2005 Develop Safety risk management process among design, production, sales and after-sales phases:
  - Identified internal best practices. Clarified and restructured basic steps of functional Safety analyses.
  - Together with Legal department, created first Safety case template: structured argument, supported by evidence, intended to justify that a system is acceptably safe for a specific application in a specific operating environment.

• Renault - PROJECT SAFETY & RELIABILITY MANAGER (INNOVATIVE SYSTEMS)

  Boulogne-Billancourt 2005 - 2010 Conduct Safety analyses on innovative systems, Fuel cell, Hybrid and Electric vehicles:
  - Identified and assessed potential unwanted customer events through adapted tools such as Functional analyses, FMEA, Fault tree analyses and HAZOP.
  - Formulated specifications and dysfunctional validation plans. Drove multi-disciplinary teams including suppliers.
  - Ensured functional safety according to ISO 26262 guidelines.
  - Conducted internal audits and training sessions to ~300 people as Safety referent.
  - Represented Renault at SIA & IMDR sessions. Benchmarking together with PSA, VALEO, EADS, RATP.
