Market studies, benchmark, business intelligence, sales analysis...
New product launches and follow-ups (press releases, newsletters sent to the press/buyers/clients, Social Media content creation…)
New collection lanches: helped creating new products (selection of new fabrics, Pantone, eyelets, drawstrings…), creation of the new lookbook, technical lookbook, press kit and Sales associates training manual (+ delivered a proper training on site)
Shootings: briefing paper on the new collection sent to the photographer (research of a theme, place, atmosphere consistent with the new collection…), helped select models, assisted the photographer...
-Digital Marketing
Social Media: Social Media management (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest…), newsletters creation (MailChimp)
Website: maintenance, content creation (stories, photos, videos, events…), creation of product sheets, wording, cross-sell and up-sell, e-merchandising
E-shop management: preparing and sending orders (issue purchase orders, invoices and transportation warrants), in charge of the exchanges and refunds …
Customer Management: problem solving with clients

Direct intermediary between influencers and journalists (establishing contact, sending presents, setting up new collaborations…), writing and sending press releases, photos ...
