    a) Prepare marketing memorandums and cash flow projections
    b) Set-up and execution of transactions structured abroad or in Luxembourg :
    - Carry out business rational and assess the tax feasibility
    - Draft and presentation of committee papers (business rational, risks analysis, tax, accounting and regulatory analysis)
    - Review the legal and tax opinion/documentation and accounting and regulatory analysis
    - Coordinate the files with lawyers, tax advisers and internal functions of the Bank
    - Ensure with the other functions the good application of tax, accounting, regulatory, legal, credit and other recommendations in the time of the transactions implementation
    c) Assist in processes of set up and liquidation, as well as in the follow-up of Luxembourg companies and funds.
    d) Manage the operational follow-up and the annual review to the Credit Committee of a portfolio of existing structured transactions
  • Geodis Wilson Spain - Assistant directeur financier

    Levallois-Perret 2009 - 2010 Mission de 10 mois au sein du département financier de Geodis Wilson Spain en tant qu'assistant du directeur financier. Deux grandes missions :

    - Contrôle des coûts : participation aux clôtures mensuelles (révision comptable, analyse des écarts, conseils de direction et communication avec le groupe) ; aide à la réalisation du budget et de ses révisions ; étude des coûts (financiers, coûts indirects) et de la rentabilité (clients, commerciaux, etc.). Création, mise en place et suivi de projets tels que la mise en place d'un nouveau reporting, la création d'un P&L, etc.

    - Crédit management : analyse du risque, recouvrement clients, ouverture de comptes client dans le système comptable, gestion du portefeuille client, et autres tâches ad-hoc (création de nouvelles procédures internes, recouvrement juridique, etc.).
