➢ Activities in process department
Request for quotation analysis and response (Primary desulfurization of fuel oil EDF Cordemais 2 unit and Porcheville 4 unit ; Primary desulfurization of coal EDF Q600 units).
• Analysis of the request for quotation documents to understand the Client requirements .
• Elaboration of the guarantees schedule approved by the Risk manager.
• Constitution of the technical offer (Offer technical description, Offer guarantee description and Deviations schedule).
• Offer presentation and participation to the technical negotiation meetings.
➢ Activities in instrumentation and control team
• Contracts (THANG LONG – Vietnam, MEDUPI – Afrique du Sud, PRESIDENTE MEDICI – Brésil)
o Design of PID diagrams (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram).
o Edition and update of electrical load list, pneumatic load list, signal exchange list, set point list.
o Elaboration and update of design manuals (analog and logic control loops).
o Technical purchase specifications (control valves, pressure transmitters, metal temperatures, …).
o Selection and follow-up of suppliers in contact with the purchase department.
o Factory acceptance tests in contact with the quality department.
• Projects (THANG LONG – Vietnam, LESEDI – Afrique du Sud, TERMOCARTAGENA – Colombia)
o Tendering support, material and time estimating for instrumentation and control batch.
o Design of PFD diagrams (Process Flow Diagram) in contact with the process and product department
o Edition of preliminary electrical load list, pneumatic load list, signal exchange list.
• European and Asian control valve suppliers qualification in contact with the sourcing and quality department.

• Programming of programmable logic controllers (Siemens), human machine interfaces, fieldbus.
• Commissioning on site.
