Management and animation of the distribution network (10 distributors).

Business development actions within a European transversal team in order to find and crack new specific markets.
In charge of the Sales process (stock, logistic, payment terms, sales, delivery...).
Define the quarterly forecasts and maintain/improve the best possible ASP.
Market study on the French residential market in order to propose the best sales strategy.
Select the mouting systems and define the right required certifications for the STP modules in France.
Market analysis (Trend, actors, rules, FiT evolution, tenders...)
Set up of the marketing actions (press releases, customer events, e mailing .... in order to increase the brand awareness of Suntech.
Co ordination of sales process : follow up of the logistic aspect (co ordination with our Chinese Factories and logistical dept. in Swuizerland).
