Triumph Structures Farnborough possède une forte expérience dans le secteur du composites et metal bonding dans le domaine de l’aéronautique. Son corps de compétences se situe dans la production en série - build to print.

Rattachée à la direction des programmes, mon rôle est d’atteindre les objectifs de l’entreprise dans la gestion de mes programmes engageant ressources et moyens pour maximiser la satisfaction client et m’assurer de la rentabilité financière. A ce titre, mon rôle d’interface est de maintenir un climat de confiance avec mes interlocuteurs externes et internes.

    2014 - maintenant My responsibility is to build and motivate multi-functional teams, launch a number of sequential and concurrent plans, establish a routine TOC board discipline achieving buy-in for on-time deliveries, quality performance, cost reduction, secure contract deliverables and manage resource / fiscal budgets.
    My programmes are overspread over two production sites, in Farnborough (Uk / 500 people) and in Bangkok (Thailand / 300 people).

  • Triumph Structures Farnborough - Rolls-Royce Lead Programme Engineer

    2013 - 2014 Increase of responsibilities by managing all NPI Rolls-Royce portfolio for TXWB, BR725 & T700 Engines (Thailand transfer included) – New objectives to hit in line with my career development.

  • PCC Aerostructure - Farnborough - Rolls-Royce Lead Engineer

    2011 - 2012 Head of the RR NPI Engineering team in charge of manufacturing TXWB FTL re-design within an aggressive lead time

  • Primus International - Farnborough - Airbus Project Engineer

    2009 - 2011 Lead a successful team, who has transferred A320 Flap LE project to a new, empty facility in Thailand, in line with aggressive corporate expectations

  • St. Bernard Composites - Farnborough - Lean Manufacturing Engineer
