Back to the Bobcat Telescopics Business Unit, I join the marketing department and my function is split on 50% Data Management & 50% Product Management.
Data Management:
Management of the Dealer portal for all range of telescopics, configurator set up.
Data cleaning of all products, options and attachments included. (cost and price revision/upload, new marketing descriptions, configurator matrix, etc…)
Continuous improvement of the ordering process, the goal is to have a dealer portal very friendly user for dealers.
Set up of all new NPD products and definition of the DNET pricelist.
Creation and maintenance of the Bobcat website content for the Telehandlers branch (Telescopic loaders, Telescopic handlers & Rotary telescopics).
Daily support to district managers & customer service team.
Dealer portal deployment to other regions (Oceania, Asia & Latina America) to simplify the intercompany ordering process.
EMEA Product Configuration Process Owner for Oracle R12 upgrade and new dealer portal.
Product Management:
Photo & Video shoot of new products.
Fair & events support.
Definition of the new product offering following the Voice Of Customer process.
Marketing Requirement Document to support the NPD Process.
Support of others PMs regarding the readiness of new products deliverables: brochures, media, communication materials, training supports, book options, pocket sales guides, etc…
Dealer visits for continuous improvements of the deliverables (pricelist, dealer portal, sales material support, etc…)

E.R.P. (Oracle or SAP depending of sites) & M.E.S. (Manufacturing Execution System) expert for Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
2 weeks of workshop in Seoul with Asia & US teams to align, improve & standardize our process.
EMEA plant support for these systems. Analyse & design of different process in production & Supply Chain. Development, integration testing and end users training.
