Missions:

• Project design taking into account ergonomic standards and security constraints in public access buildings
• Realization of tender documents, analysis of technical and pricing offers
• Project organization, Division in work packages
• Preparation of construction schedule and cost estimate
• Management of interfaces between companies involved in the project (clients, providers, subcontractors, design offices)
• Meeting with the client and the providers in order to keep up to date the schedule and manage the constraints
• Realization of the system of cost, risk, quality and performance containment
• Update of plans with a CAD software
