    Current Position :
    In charge of Sarbanes-Oxley and Fair value programs to achieve compliance to SEC accounting rules without impacting current business challenges. This requires a good understanding of overall business from an End to End standpoint while building pertinent pricing control to achieve compliance requirements.
    In addition, Responsible of Service Pricing analysis related to High End servers services market (Alignment versus main competitors as well as from country to country & cross different Go to Market).
    Support overall Services Portfolio (Hardware & Software Services), driving new implementation.

    History :
    Project management experience driving different initiatives locally, EMEA and WW. (Such as centralization of Portfolio support activities, Off shoring of Operations activities, SAP migration...).
    Management experience, leading a team of more than 25 people having in charge Front office activities with different processes (From quote to order).
    From a multi-cultural standpoint, strong process analyst experience being involved in WW project Team to ensure SAP implementation (18 months spent in Headquarter - US Palo Alto California).
