En résumé

For the last 10 years, I have been able to work on many interesting projects in various companies (startups or international groups) and with a lot of very different people. These experiences allowed me to learn a lot of useful things.

Thanks to my adaptability, many times in the past I also had to create and set up new processes in order to be able to work in a smooth environment. The aim is simple: make sure we are ready to react in case of an unexpected event. Even if it's impossible to avoid the unexpected, you can still try to minimize the effects on your daily work. This way everyone can feel confident.

Twice in my last experiences as a full-time designer, I led graphic design team in order to manage the recurring tasks: planning, reporting, recruitment. I also took the lead as an artistic director on several projects including Wordox and Belote Multiplayer.

If my main hobby is still creating user experience and design, I'm also very interested in management and I will be glad to do so again for another company.
