    Project’s objective: to migrate the ordering data from the Delivery Schedule Agreement System into the newly and improved hub AirSupply and thus to succeed in implementing future ordering solutions by coordinating UK suppliers, customers and focal points

    • Follow-up on the agenda and collect best practices and project achievements in 2014
    • Set-up and preparing meetings for the 67 campaigns to update the DSA parts data before migrating the database on the AirSupply tool

  • Airbus France - Supply Chain Project Management Officer

    2011 - 2012 Negotiated new Logistic Conditions with 41 suppliers of the Electrical Components department (PAQC) to implement a new European Supply Chain Digital Hub called AirSupply:

    - Customized the Logistics Conditions to the specifics of each supplier
    - Managed Logistic Conditions negotiations with suppliers in collaboration with buyers, supply chain managers and jurists
    - Followed-up the Logistic Conditions signature planning and proposed mitigation actions for late signatures
