Francois Mirallie has a 16 year experience as a CFO/CEO with international companies and a strong LBO culture. From June 2000, he was CFO of IBA, a Belgian listed hi-tech company. In Oct 2002, he became CFO of MediMedia, a LBO led by Cinven, Carlyle and Apax on Vivendi health business. From July 2004 he was CEO Europe and successfully sold the businesses to strategic buyers. From 2006 he worked with Apax on the creation of Vizada (satellite telecommunications) from spin-off activies of France Telecom and Telenor of Norway. From Oct 2007 he has been CFO and executive director of Zodiac Marine & Pool (a Carlyle sponsored LBO) and interim CEO from Jan to Apr 2008. He was also responsible for the EVAC (water treatment) business of ZM&P from 2010 to 2013. In 2014 he joined CST (a Carlyle/PAI LBO, now InnoVista Sensors) as Executive Vice President, Finance & Administration.
