    In April 2000, ORTEC France was bought by a French multinational and renamed LOGSYAL.
    I was responsible for directing the company's market, horizontal product strategies and alliance with partners: NAVTECH, QUALCOMM, SYMBOL, INTERMEC, ORANGE, ILOG …
  • ORTEC France SA - CEO

    1993 - 2000 CEO of ORTEC France SA, a B2B software editor and an integrator (Supply Chain Execution and Transport Management Systems).

    Brief: To start up and develop the company.
    I create, develop and manage all business areas (Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Distribution, Administration, IT, Finance, Personnel) with full P&L responsibility.

    ORTEC France pioneered the development of new solutions for logistics’ process optimization than may include track and trace components.
    Results: Between 1990 and 1999, the average growth of the turn over was around 40% per year. I become the French market leader in less than 5 years.
  • LOGITRANS - Vice President - Sales and Marketing

    1987 - 1992 Vice President - Sales and Marketing of LOGITRANS International, a company specialize in B2B software : GIS, Supply Chain Systems, Transport Management Systems, Routing and Scheduling software.
    Brief: Develop sales activity and build up a new team. End of 1987, involved in the acquisition of LOGITRANS, I was appointed as Sale and Marketing Vice President :
    - Responsible for the business development.
    - Responsible for the marketing and communication of the company.

    Results: LOGITRANS was back to the benefit at the end of the first fiscal year.
  • CIRAD / BANQUE RIVAUD - Consultant

    1980 - 1985 Consultant: World Bank Projects. 15 000 peoples, 120 000 hectares.
    Ivory Cost, Cameroun, Gabon, Tanzania.

    Brief: Looking for a real challenge.

    Looking for an exceptional challenging experience, at the age of 23, I was in charge of the R&D department of a major industry project.
    Responsibilities:
    - Management of the R&D department with an annual budget of $2 Million and of 45 people.
    - World Bank, French Government, Commonwealth Development Corporation.

    Results: I discover and implement a new production technique that increases the performances of the project more than 10%.
