As a Masters Degree graduated and experienced hospitality professional, I have a strong understanding of hotel operations, particularly with F&B , and large Rooms Division operations, including: budgeting, forecasting, human resources management, sales, marketing and revenue management.
I have gained an extensive hospitality management experience in a wide array of luxury brands (Sofitel, Ramada Plaza) and locations (Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia Pacific), which proves my ability to adapt and perform in very different and challenging environments.
I am able to apprehend complex issues and take initiative to develop new approaches that will suit the particular situations.
