En résumé

De retour en France apres une expérience de 3 ans à Casablanca, je suis actuellement en recherche d'emplois sur la region PACA, et plus précisément Nice.

Je souhaiterais trouver un poste dans lequel je pourrai montrer ma valeur ajoutée, fruit des mes expériences en multinational à l'étranger.

Je ne recherche pas un poste avec une possibilité de mobilité géographique dans le futur pour l'instant, même s'il ne faut jamais dire jamais et que tout challenge peut être intéressant.


  • Philips Electronique Maroc - Directeur Administratif et Financier

    Suresnes 2007 - maintenant Missions:
    •Head of Finance, IT and Real Estate for all Philips commercial entities in Maghreb.
    •Provide a continuous sound, professional management statutory accounting, control and reporting service to the businesses in Maghreb, in order to ensure availability of relevant and timely information and compliance with government regulations.
    •Manage credit activities for all activities within Maghreb, by informing regional management on credit issues, advising them on how to best resolve potential issues and providing them with independent vision of credit status.
    •Ensure that a treasury infrastructure with the local banks is in place in order to fulfil daily regional requirements. Inform Corporate Treasury on local banks developments, including new fund needs. Manage on behalf of region all bank guarantees (creation and cancellation) issued on behalf of Philips by the banks for tenders purposes.
    •Co-ordinate reporting, planning and budgeting so that reporting and forecasting accuracy is achieved.
    •Prepare management information for Country/Cluster/Regional management, fitting in with the Governance concept so that that relevant information available is communicated through Corporate Control to the Headquarters, timely, with accuracy and adherence to all corporate guidelines
    •Support businesses regarding the realisation of investment- and divestment processes (restructuring/ joint ventures) in such as way that that they are properly funded and conform with local statutory and corporate guidelines.
    •Manage the local IT department, making sure the necessary infrastructure and resources are in place to meet current and future working requirements.

    •Implementation of a regional F&A structure
    •Reinforcement of all banks relationships in the region, leading to improved services to all legal entities
    •Externalisation of the accounting department, in line with the company directives
    •Merger of 4 legal entities into 1 in Morocco, opening a representation office in Senegal, legally linked to the Moroccan legal entity, update the Algerian legal entity in line with local requirements
    •Capital increase in Morocco
    •Implementation of a regional ERP system, cross-countries and cross-commercial activities, the first in Philips worldwide
    •Participation to the implementation of a bounded warehouse in Casablanca and an off-shore stock point in Tangiers, both in Morocco and supplying the Maghreb and West Africa region.
  • Philips International - Business Analyst

    Suresnes 2004 - 2007 Missions:
    •Responsible for Philips Annual Operating Plan process.
    •Monthly and quarterly financial and business performance reporting of the Philips group to the Board of Management, Group Management Committee and Supervisory Board.
    •Participation to the quarterly earnings process and related analysis.
    •Preparation of ad hoc/forward-looking presentations and analysis for the Board of Management.
    •Participation and support to new finance initiatives and processes (Best in Finance, SAP-SEM consolidation and reporting tools).
    •Control and strategy related improvements and analysis projects.

    •Participation to the implementation of the SAP Consolidation System for Group consolidation purpose
    • Participation to the implementation of the SAP BW and Reporting System for Group consolidation and reporting purpose
    •Responsible for Philips Annual Operating Plan process, implementing a more top down approach leading to costs savings.
  • Philips Semiconductors - Financial Controller

    Suresnes 2002 - 2004 Missions:
    •R&D and Sales budget and forecast preparation and submission on a quarterly and yearly basis as per the Philips Accounting Timetable.
    •Control and report on monthly spending both to the Local Management as well as the Consumer Business one.
    •Multi-segments and multi-sites: 6 sites, EUR 45 m. R&D, EUR 50 m. sales
    •Member of the Site Consumer Team MT

    •Yearly increases in R&D budget and sales realised with the newly introduced products.
    •Participation to and monitoring of the financial and time-to-market impacts of 2 local restructuring plans.
  • Philips Lighting - Pricing Officer

    1998 - 2001 Missions:
    •Control and follow-up of pricing and margin policies on SAP and quotation system.
    •Responsible for the monthly reporting on the evolution of the major projects for Luminaires to the Luminaires UK Management Team.

    •Help for the implementation of the 1999 transport tariffs
    •Assistance to the preparation of 1999 budgets.
    •Responsible for the creation and implementation of an IT system to monitor the projects contribution margin
    •Member of the SAP implementation team for Luminaires UK
    •Member of the SAP BW implementation team for Luminaires Europe
