  2010 - maintenant Within the past 9 years, the main goal was to develop a local strategy to develop three different axes of growth based on direct sales, distribution and project development.
  From a team of 4 people, Sames Kremlin SA de CV has grown to a 19-people company and with a turnover multiply by 10.
  We are present on most of our 6 markets Electrostatic, conventional application, Airmix, Airless, Powder and High Viscosity applications. With still new actions to be developed to become leader in the Mexican market.
  Today SAMES KREMLIN SA de CV is capable to handle liquid or powder projects, including installation up to 12 multi axis robots project.
  Mainly present on the Tier one market, SAMES KREMLIN remain leader in wood furniture or aerospace business.
  Main Accountabilities Set up Phase:
  • Find, negotiate and settle down the new head quarter in Queretaro.
  • Set up Business organization and recruit Key positions + management team.
  • Procure all the administration process.
  • Respect Budget development for the past 6 years.
  • Give international recognition to the subsidiary.
