    Manage directly a team of 4 experts in Supply Chain and Lean Manufacturing and functionally the plant Supply Chain managers and the plant Continuous Improvement managers of the region.
    Driving the continuous improvement of the operations by initiating many lean manufacturing
    workshops, supply chain synergies and other kaizen activities: Plants layout through Value Stream Mapping, Pull Flow system, Lean processes implementation and problem solving coaching.

    Define the strategy of the supply chain of the plant in term of materials supply, production scheduling, transportation and warehousing in order to apply Valeo Production System standards.

    Implementing the supply chain management in the new Skawina plant (18000 sqm).
    Defining the layouts of the warehouses (5000 sqm) and the logistics flows.
    Building a logistics team of 50 operators and engineers.
    Setting up the Master Production Scheduling and Sales and Operations planning processes.
    Adjusting packaging for finished goods, I have streamlined the out-bound transportation organization and implemented milk runs and cross-dock organization for in-bound transportation flows.
    Specific Highlights:
