Strategy and International Operations:
• To bring support on strategic issues and their implementation
• To implement an organisation to reach group performance standards
• To manage a new production plant after acquisition, creation or partnership
• To elaborate or analyse business plans to evaluate projects
• To prepare and negotiate partnerships, acquisitions, joint-ventures contracts
• To optimize synergies within the whole group organisation
Commercial Development and Performance:
• To coordinate sales performance by coaching the Sales forces
To be more efficient in the sales actions, by developing presentation material, customer relation, preparation of offers (in deep cooperation with production, logistics department), competition analysis, marketing and communication approaches.
• To manage development on emerging markets/countries to follow the OEMs
• To improve reporting tools to monitor the sales performance
