I am in charge of Service improvements and Assets management in Europe Middle East.
My key functions:
Leadership and international people Management
Assets
• Manage the investments and deliver proper assets to the business for the benefits of our customers while minimizing necessary Net Operating Assets (NOA).
• Develop supply chain policy
Quality, Health and Safety Environment (QHSE)
• Embed the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment aspects in the areas.
• Manage QHSE audits in the business.
Service efficiency
• Implement 5S standard in service premises, develop continuous improvements.
• Define and apply technical dashboards for a greater service monitoring and further improvements.
• Develop Technical trainings.

DCNS acts as prime contractor for naval shipbuilding and for support by combining its own development, marketing and production capabilities with those of selected partners (www.dcnsgroup.com).
Key functions
• During contractual negotiations, project manager deputy: ship description, design justifications, analysis of evolutions required by the customers.
• During design phases,
- Responsible for elaboration and follow up of main balances, arrangement of the ship.
- Control of interfaces between the several systems of the ship.
- Technical coordination of a team of 8 to 10 engineers.
