As Expert or Project Manager, I participated in many local and international SAP-HR projects, mainly on Payroll, Personal Administration, Organizational Management, Time, Compensation and Performance Management modules.
Based on my technical background and experience, I have the ability to understand rapidly the HR processes and client requirements to propose the right solutions and recommendations, then ensure the deliverables are on time from all the implementation steps to the operational maintenance phases, within budget and at the required level of quality.
My responsibilities cover the delivery in many activities including:
- Pre-study,
- Analyzing of legacy systems and design (workshops, blueprint),
- Development of new solutions (process definition, prototype, configuration and implementation),

- Project Management: full SAP-HR project life cycle on local, global and complex international projects. PMI and PRINCE2 oriented methodology.
