  • Datacard - Integration and software maintenance specialist

    2007 - maintenant Datacard is the world's leader in secure ID and card personalization (bank and loyalty cards) for over 35 years.

    I belong to the customer integration group, a software development department which consists of a team of 20 persons. My responsibilities include EMV and smartcard integration and tests, and definition of specifications. I’m also in charge of data validations reports, both in our office and on customers ‘sites (for factory acceptance tests and customer acceptance tests).
    I have close relationships with developers (bugs, crashes feedback) and project leaders.
    My job also consists in frequent travels within EMEIA area to visit customers for: functional/technical data validations, installations, and trainings.
    Accomplishments include:

    - Installation (hardware and software) of brand new smartcard production branches in various countries (e.g. Algeria, Cameroon)
    - Upgrade (hardware and software) of existing smartcard production branches in several countries (e.g. Germany, France, Finland, Kuwait, South Africa, Romania, Poland)
    - Training for smartcard production staff on hardware and software (both mass production and desktop machines) in various countries
    - Implementation of remote Web trainings (on 3 Datacard softwares) to reduce travel costs
  • Lexmark - IT support coordinator

    Suresnes 2006 - 2007 Lexmark Int. is a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of printing and imaging solutions for offices and homes.

    After IT department outsourcing, I have been in charge of leading, training and auditing new support teams in Hungary, and also creating new processes and procedures to ensure correct transition.
    Achievements include:

    - Training for 10 new technicians (for email and phone support)
    - Audit of this 10 person team for several weeks
    - Production reports and development of improvement actions
  • Lexmark - IT technical support and trainer

    Suresnes 2005 - 2006 My team (4 people) and I were in charge of technical and functional assistance for about 1500 Lexmark employees in 20 different countries. Our domains of expertise included Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP networks, and Microsoft systems.
    We also had to maintain a knowledge base, train new technicians, and propose new solutions and processes.
    Accomplishments include:

    - Ensure availability of systems and applications used on a daily basis by all employees (from accountancy to production sites)
    - Development of new processes and development of actions to improve service quality
  • CMA CGM - IT functional support and trainer

    Marseille 2004 - 2005 CMA CGM is the 2nd world’s biggest shipping company.

    Within a team of 5 persons, I was in charge of providing company’s branches with functional assistance on all of our internal software used to run daily transactions. Target consisted of 250 agencies and around 8000 users. My responsibilities also included writing and updates of support procedures, and installation and training missions within EMEA area.
    Achievements include:

    - Installation of programs and software in new branches, and training for local staff on our systems (e.g. Kenya, Ukraine)
    - Training for fellow colleagues on ‘shipping’ software and programs
