    Paris 2011 - maintenant In my current position as Ground Operations Manager for easyJet I have been tasked with various projects in France and the UK. My current duties are as follows:

    · Manages airport / ground handling providers within assigned area, ensuring that a safe, on-time customer focused operation is delivered
    · Drives, implements & maintains the company safety & standards management processes within area of responsibility so that trends are identified and deficiencies are corrected
    · Manages ongoing commercial relationships at an operational level, working with the airport development, finance teams to review and manage budgetary performance
    · Ensures that all 3rd parties associated with the airport operation comply with the company
    · Policies and procedures
    · Forges relationships at a corporate & national level where appropriate to influence the decision making within the operational arena, ensuring that easyJet's interests are considered / protected.
    · ensures consistent delivery of the EasyJet product, brand in order to maximize the customer satisfaction

    2009 - 2011 · Ensure that Handling agents are delivering the Easyjet product, in compliance with Easyjet standard’s
    · Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other partners and sub Contractors
    · Investigate and respond to incidents resulting in MORs, ASRs and customer complaints
    · Ensure follow up actions are implemented to prevent recurrence. Identify trends and take preventive and corrective actions
    · Maintain statistics and monitor all aspects of operational performance for the customer product. Use statistics to support performance-related payments where applicable.
    · Ensure records are kept for circumstances that may impact such payments
    · Facilitate and support the customer Quality Audits.
    · Manage any resulting NCRs through to closure in liaison with local Ground Handling Management teams
