Since december 2001 in Valeo Lighting Systems, at different positions (Development, Quality, Production, Project Management, Project Director, International Project Manager) in further development & production plants (France, Spain, Poland, Mexico), allowed me to develop technical (product and process) and management competences, and also an international mindset. I know the customer wishes and specifications (PSA, Toyota, Opel, Suzuki, VWG, BMW, Mercedes, Nissan, Ford, GM, Fiat) to succeed the new product launch.
Since 2012, I am working as International projects manager for the Project Direction headquarter in Paris. I support difficults launches in the world = audit, identify problems, propose solutions (resources, technical product or process, general management project strategy, or project development methodology trainings) to smooth launches and secure customer deliveries and quality. Participate to CODIR of the site under focus, to push all areas (industrialization, HR, purchasing, project, production, finance) to accelerate decisions and validations.
