I'm a researcher passionate human-centered design and innovation. I have been interested in the stakeholder's and user integration during the entire design cycle as a way to improve the product's acceptability. Uncovering the lacks of tools that designers, engineers and managers of the design process have to evaluate and measure this acceptability, i developed a method to estimate it that facilitates their decision-making and helps them in the evaluation of improvement scenarios.
