Experienced pre-sales consultant with proven experience in analysis, design and implementation of Unified Communication and Collaboration solutions.
I’m in charge of supporting sales team (product/solution presentations, collect customer requirements), designing the most suitable solution to the customer requirements (architecture design, Kit list, solution description, Planning and P&L).
I transform designs into complete, detailed technical solution design from which developers and testers can deliver working systems. I have produced solutions using a full range of technologies, including Cisco, Genesys and Avaya. I liaise with internal development groups to ensure the feasibility of design proposed with agreed functionality and within agreed timescales.
