- Manufacturing team Reorganization: in order to manage the following projects, transfer, replacement, hiring of people
- Product Quality : Setup quality improvement plan following critical field claims, implementation of quality gates, final acceptance, product audits, torque tools with traceability, pb solving, training center, etc…
- full Factory Relayout : project to increase capacity, productivity and new product integration. Specification of new equipments ( welding robot cell, dyno test for final product, laser cutting cell etc…)
- New product launch: implementation of a more robust industrialization process in Mfg platform between the 3 production plants, Italy, Brazil, USA. In parallel implementation of new PLM software, team center (MBOM, routings, balancing, Std work instruction).

• CHINA – Greenfield Project (building 47000 m²).
Management of French & Chinese ME team (20 people) in order to design and implement assembly lines, equipment (paint line chassis & components, AGV, hydraulic/electrical test benches, shimming machines, machining & heat treatment machines, overhead power & free conveyor, logistic train, kitting) according to new product introduction (gear box, rear axle & tractors).

Incoming Inspection (10 people):
- serial parts control (yearly volume 7000 p/n) and new parts, initial samples (yearly volume 3000 p/n), investigation.
• Manufacturing Quality (30 people):
- Four teams on three assembly lines and one final product acceptance. Daily QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) follow up and Right First Time, 5S implementation, product audits, SPC implementation for torques, final product control, Claim and PDI follow up, dealers and customer’s visits.
• New Product Introduction
- Prototype assembly on Engineering pilot line follow up, pre-serial on assembly line, final validation before SOP (First Product Evaluation Report).
• Russia Project
- Manufacturing project manager, development of Russian market with tractors above 300hp. subcontractor validation for disassembly operations, packaging and shipment. Validation of equipment and layout of the AGCO Russia Factory. Final quality validation after reassembly operations for final products.

Department (200 people av) which includes fine tuning and final acceptance, static and dynamic tests in order to validate products (rolling road test, hydraulic leak test, track test, audits) as well as tractor’s conformity linked to customer’s order.
- Project 2002: following UK site closure and tractor ranges restyling up to 90%, flow/ processes reorganization in order to double the daily production volume (from 50 to100 tractors/day in one shift).
