Responsible for the Preparation of technical and financial proposals and management of projects financed by international agencies such as World Bank, European Development Funds, Asian Development Bank etc. (transport and hydraulic sectors). In particular:
- Analysing the potential Competition and the risk in term of costs of preparing the proposal. Various business missions abroad (Mali, Cameroon, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Haiti etc.);
- Establishing the management system of the proposal
- Defining the scope of the project
- Breaking the potential project down into manageable tasks
- Staff recruitment
- Evaluating the facilities needed for the project
- Defining the project control functions and procedures
- Determining the commercial items and conditions of the project contracts
- Determining the price for the bid (financial proposals)
- Managing the ongoing projects and resources
- Quality Control of ongoing projects (ISO 9001:2008)

Facilitate an alignment between the French and Italian clusters;
Organise scientific conferences in France and in Italy;
Manage the Internet site of the Science and Technology Service of the France Embassy and of the AFIRIT.

"Characterization and modelling of inclusion evolution in a steel ladle (continuous casting)."
Modelling of alumina inclusion collision growth in the continuous caster.
This model includes Eulerian approach for turbulent flow field and inclusion’s concentration and number density fields, and Lagrangian approach for inclusion’s collision growth;
Use of Finite Element Method (FEM) and Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH);
Use of QMOM (Quadrature method of moments) population balance modelling;
Introduction of Cluster-cluster aggregation models in order to include the fractal structure of particles in the calculation;
Establishment of a collision law that include two aggregation domains. This law allows consideration, in the calculation, of particles smaller and bigger than the Kolmogorov length-scale;
Introduction of the fractal structure of particles in the calculation in order to have the maximum extraction efficiency of Al from boiler slag.
