Ma carriere s'est faite essentiellement dans la restauration, mais je suis ouvert a explorer d'autres domaines/departments dans le secteur du tourisme/hospitalite.

I have worked for high profiled companies in various food and beverage positions, such as Four Seasons, Hilton, Hotel Jerome(Small Luxury hotel of the world),Trader Vic's, french brasserie. as well as the Grand Hyatt in Tokyo.
With all the experiences I have acquired, I would now like to try to continue to grow in the hospitality business, but in a different role that I have been so far. It could be working for a more casual concept, new company. resort...not necessarily in food and beverage.
