Consultant in Alten, graduate of a Master of chemoinformatics and molecular modelisation with a chemistry background, I am particularly interested in the fields of pharmaceutical and informatics.
I received at ALTEN a training about Compliance System Validation with the focus on the pharmaceutical area.
Before it, I worked as a fellow researcher in chemoinformatics during two years in GALDERMA R&D at Sophia-Antipolis. My missions were, during the first contract, to increase the chemical diversity of the chemical library of Nestlé Institute of Health Sciences and to realize multiple virtual screening on different interesting targets. The missions during the second contract were to develop and to implement the new software distributed by DOTMATCS such as a new web interface for the chemical library of Galderma and to develop some scripts under JYTHON for VORTEX. During these two contracts I developed a new QSPR (Quantitative Structure Property Relationship) model for the prediction of the phototoxicity of a molecule.
