    BORDES 2007 - 2007 Juin- Septembre 2007 : Stage Ingénieur adjoint chez Turboméca à bordes (64) Leader mondial sur le marché des turbines d'hélicoptère, je suis intervenu au sein d'un îlot de production.

    • Déploiement d’un flux tiré sur 60% de la charge de l’îlot.
    • Utilisation d’actions et méthodes Lean: Kanban, Chantier VSM, management visuel, Chantier 5S.
    • Réduction des coûts de production de l’îlot de 20%
